Christine is a commercially minded and results focused HR consultant with 15 years’ experience across multiple sectors including finance, IT and public services.
She has extensive experience of providing consultancy services having managed numerous complex and day-to-day employee relations cases. Many have been highly emotive and involved other external agencies such as the police, social services, the FCA, professional bodies and unions.
Christine has supported business leaders through periods of significant change including growth strategies, transformations, acquisitions, downsizing and those in the initial stages of setting up their business.
In addition to employee relations, Christine she has a proven successful track record of providing operational support and advice across the employment lifecycle, as well as designing and implementing HR strategies that enhance business performance.
She is comfortable working across different jurisdictions and has spent time working in the US, Australia, southeast Asia and other parts of Europe.
She is a chartered fellow member of the CIPD, with additional degree level qualifications in HR, employment law, law and business.
